Day 3: The Toll Of Fear 😰

You're here again! That means you are braver than most people. Today we will look into the triggers of fears that arise from your trauma and how that may be impacting your current decisions and life journey. Please start recording when you’re ready.

  • Are there specific fears you occasionally experience that you believe might be related to your trauma? Please describe a few examples.

  • Do you know how to recognize the type of situations in which those fears are triggered?

  • How do you think your trauma is impacting others in your life? Is there anything you can do to prevent that in the future?

  • Have you tried talking to them about your fears and where they come from? Do you think that could help?

  • Think about recent decisions or events in your life. How do you think those would have been different without the trauma-triggered fears?

  • Is there a personality trait or perspective from yourself before the traumatic event that you wish you could get back?

Thank you for taking the time to share your fears in more depth. It's important to listen to our emotions as they might be affecting us in ways we aren't aware of.
