There is study upon study that attests to the idea that one project, however small it may seem, can be enough to provide the structure that enables life’s extras to fall into place.
We all have our inner ostrich. There are situations or truths about ourselves that we simply don’t want to face or admit, but this isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Sometimes, when we need to achieve a goal or keep moving in the moment, it’s okay to set some things aside and not dig too deep.
Psychiatric reports do however reveal that listing your concerns and estimating the likelihood of them occurring is a useful tool for lowering anxiety levels.
It helps us to kiss goodbye to the inhibiting perfectionist many of us possess - blurting out random thoughts may seem sloppy but it helps with our flow and helps us to develop a stronger sense of voice.
