Audio Journaling: Own Your Ostrich to Gain Self Awareness đ
Have you ever heard the phrase âdonât bury your head in the sandâ? đŠ
We all have our inner ostrich. There are situations or truths about ourselves that we simply donât want to face or admit, but this isnât necessarily a bad thing. Sometimes, when we need to achieve a goal or keep moving in the moment, itâs okay to set some things aside and not dig too deep. đ
However, eventually we need to work on uncovering them. On those days youâre feeling reflective, ask yourself these 3 questions: What makes you the most scared right now? What would you like to change in your life? What would you want to work on to grow personally? đ
And remember to not be too hard on yourself. Our Ostrich days can help us reflect and practice introspection đ§ââïž. But, like with any other personal growth journey, building self-awareness takes patience.
So, audio journal instead of burying your head in the sand :)

Ask yourself. What are the things you did this week that gave you joy? What are the ones that helped you with your goals? And which ones were a total waste of time?
