Audio Journal to Own Your Inner Boss 😎
Being humble is great. You won’t offend anyone, and you will coast through life quite comfortably🛋. You know what’s also great? Recognising and owning your strengths. 💪
It may sound insane, but one of the most validating experiences can be simply telling yourself the strengths that you know you possess. 🌻
Perhaps you are a little insecure in how you look, but to counteract this perceived weakness, you know fine well you have an infectious charisma and always make a great first impression. 🧲
Saying these things aloud may seem daunting because of the vulnerability required, but allowing ourselves to be vulnerable is instrumental in positive change. 😎
Here, the strength is found in not asking for others to confirm your strengths, but simply knowing them, and owning them.
What do you love the most about yourself? 💌

There is study upon study that attests to the idea that one project, however small it may seem, can be enough to provide the structure that enables life’s extras to fall into place.
We all have our inner ostrich. There are situations or truths about ourselves that we simply don’t want to face or admit, but this isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Sometimes, when we need to achieve a goal or keep moving in the moment, it’s okay to set some things aside and not dig too deep.
Psychiatric reports do however reveal that listing your concerns and estimating the likelihood of them occurring is a useful tool for lowering anxiety levels.
It helps us to kiss goodbye to the inhibiting perfectionist many of us possess - blurting out random thoughts may seem sloppy but it helps with our flow and helps us to develop a stronger sense of voice.
Pick up your phone and record 5 ways you can show love to yourself this week and see which route works for you!
Ask yourself. What are the things you did this week that gave you joy? What are the ones that helped you with your goals? And which ones were a total waste of time?
