With society's current pace, we tend to say yes to everything. Every Zoom meeting, every coffee break and favour to a friend until your calendar is bursting at the seams. 📅🤯
Ask yourself. What are the things you did this week that gave you joy? What are the ones that helped you with your goals? And which ones were a total waste of time? 👀
Use your audio journal to try and separate the “essential”, “self-care” based, and fundamentally “useless” tasks. Being aware of them will help you prioritize better next week! 🥑
