Audio Journaling to Learn from Mistakes 🙄
As human beings, mistake making often creates a great learning environment for personal improvement. 💪🏼
We all make them, we all punish ourselves for making them, but inevitably, we grow from them. 📈
Studies show that we are more naturally prone to right our wrongs than we are to work on strengths we already have.
Audio journaling opens the doors to reflection 🚪. Have you made a mistake recently? Try thinking about something you wish you’d have done or said differently that day🤦♂️. If you happen to be in a similar situation in the future, how would you react this time? What decision would you make instead? 🙋♀️
Nobody is infallible, and that is completely fine. Simply track your mistakes as a route to self improvement.

We all have our inner ostrich. There are situations or truths about ourselves that we simply don’t want to face or admit, but this isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Sometimes, when we need to achieve a goal or keep moving in the moment, it’s okay to set some things aside and not dig too deep.
Psychiatric reports do however reveal that listing your concerns and estimating the likelihood of them occurring is a useful tool for lowering anxiety levels.
It helps us to kiss goodbye to the inhibiting perfectionist many of us possess - blurting out random thoughts may seem sloppy but it helps with our flow and helps us to develop a stronger sense of voice.
