Audio Journal to Let Go of Your Fears 😅
Society is often seen as divided between doers and planners. The impulsive folk and the anal-retentive list writers. This dichotomy is 1) Hugely reductive and 2) Complete bollocks. 🍒👏
People are both praised and chastised for their spontaneity in pursuing grass-roots projects. What people don’t talk about is the Plan B and Plan C often lurking in the shadows. 👻
There is no shame in recognising the frailty of big plans, journal your way into security by recording potential side-hustles for the barriers Plan A may run into. 🤳
Talk out the solutions to projected problems to allow yourself to give Plan A the legs it deserves. 🅰
What is your plan B? And if that fails, what else could you do? And then what? Just keep going and you’ll discover new alternatives and possibilities. 🌅

There is study upon study that attests to the idea that one project, however small it may seem, can be enough to provide the structure that enables life’s extras to fall into place.
We all have our inner ostrich. There are situations or truths about ourselves that we simply don’t want to face or admit, but this isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Sometimes, when we need to achieve a goal or keep moving in the moment, it’s okay to set some things aside and not dig too deep.
Psychiatric reports do however reveal that listing your concerns and estimating the likelihood of them occurring is a useful tool for lowering anxiety levels.
It helps us to kiss goodbye to the inhibiting perfectionist many of us possess - blurting out random thoughts may seem sloppy but it helps with our flow and helps us to develop a stronger sense of voice.
Pick up your phone and record 5 ways you can show love to yourself this week and see which route works for you!
Ask yourself. What are the things you did this week that gave you joy? What are the ones that helped you with your goals? And which ones were a total waste of time?
