It is time to stop this constant investment in future you. Because, shock horror, present you is needing some support too. 👉🙍‍♂️👈

Short term gratification is often downplayed as less adult and therefore less valid. This works to seriously underestimate the value in helping yourself in the smallest of ways. 💆‍♀️

Navigating this can be extremely simple. Some days getting out of bed can be a feat, so with these to-do lists - start small. ✍

The night before, record 3 things you want to achieve tomorrow- if this is making pancakes, so be it 🥞, if it’s calling a friend, even better. If it’s climbing a mountain, then… I’m glad I’m not joining! 😰⛰

No journey, no matter how big or small, is unimportant. We were all babies once, and sometimes baby steps are more than enough to make it through the day. Saying our goals out loud increases our likelihood of getting them done! 🐣
