Are you curious about how audio journaling can help you get some clarity of your goals, boost mindfulness and calm your mind? Do you want to be part of an experiential research project for one month of audio journaling together for 10 minutes per day? Then, we want to hear from you!
Here’s How It Will Work 👀
Download the Journify Audio Journal App and record your thoughts for 10 minutes every day. Journaling is a creative expression personal to every individual, so it can be a recap of your day, a plan, a reflection, a presentation practice, or a recording for your mini podcast. You voice, your choice!
We'll send you 2 surveys (at the beginning and the end) a few questions regarding the user experience so you can help us with your feedback and ideas.
Requirements 📱
You must have access to a Smartphone for which the app is available. You can search "Journify - Audio Journal" in your app store to confirm.
You’re eager to be part of our journey and our community, and would love to get free access to Journify Unlimited.
